Eligibility: Westgate Resorts VIP Fan Experience Sweepstakes (the “Giveaway”) is open only to those who sign up at the Westgate Sports & Entertainment event by entering their information and completing all areas in the submission form. Must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older as of the date of entry to be eligible to win. The Giveaway is only open to legal residents of the United States and is void where prohibited by law. Employees of Westgate Resorts, Ltd. (the “Sponsor”), Central Florida Investments, Inc., or its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers, and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate in the Giveaway. The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited or where not registered. This Giveaway does not discriminate against anyone based on race, sex, age, handicap, religion, national origin, or marital status.

How to Enter: The Giveaway must be entered between Tuesday, October 10, 2023 (10/10/2023 starting at 10:00 AM EST through Friday, March 01, 2024 (03/01/2024) by 10:00 PM EST while at one of the New Orleans Pelicans games at the Smoothie King Center in New Orleans, LA during the giveaway period. Just visit the entry booth and enter your personal information in all required fields on either the available tablets or by using the posted QR code available to scan at the giveaway booth. The entry must fulfill all Giveaway requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize. Entries that are not complete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Sponsor. You must fill in the information requested to be qualified to win. You may not use multiple email addresses, accounts, identities, or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules. If you use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules your submission may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of Sponsor.
Prize and Prize Conditions: One winner will receive four (4) suite tickets to the LA Clippers vs the New Orleans Pelicans game scheduled to be played on March 15, 2024 (03/15/2024) at the Smoothie King Center, $1,000 credit for food and drink for use in the Suite while at the game, and court side benchwarmer seats (“Game Package”), and a stay good for two (2) people that includes 4 day/3 nights at the Westgate Resort in Las Vegas, NV. Prize includes resort assessed taxes and fees for stay. Average retail value is $4,339.00. The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by the Sponsor. Game Package portion of the prize must be used on March 15, 2024 (03/15/2024). Resort stay portion of the prize must be used by June 01, 2025. Must follow reservation directions provided by Sponsor and a reservation must be made at least 24 hours prior to arrival at resort. No cash or other prize substitution permitted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Winner must pay security deposit for incidentals at resort check-in. The prize is nontransferable. Cannot be combined with any other offer, promotion, or package. If a prize (or part of a prize) is unavailable, the Sponsor, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the original prize (or that part of the prize) with an alternative prize to the equal monetary value and/or specification, unless to do so would be prohibited by law. Any and all prize related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes shall be the sole responsibility of the winner. Winner is responsible for all incidentals, service charges, gratuities, personal expenses, and transportation. Any and all entrants participating in or using profanity, unsportsmanlike conduct, explicit or discriminatory language, and/or defamation of the Westgate brand or any and all others will be automatically disqualified at Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion. Sponsor shall not be responsible for any lost, garbled, incomplete, and/or corrupted entries, and qualified entries shall be determined in Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use winner’s name, likeness, photograph, statements and biographical information, voice, and address in all forms of media worldwide, in perpetuity, without limitation, notice or further compensation.
Odds: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Winner selection and notification: The winner of the Giveaway will be selected in a random drawing under the supervision of the Sponsor to be conducted on March 05, 2024 (03/05/2024) at 8680 Commodity Circle, Orlando, FL 32819. Following the winner selection winners will be notified by phone call and email to the number and address provided at time of entry. Sponsor shall have no liability for a winner’s failure to receive notices due to winners’ lack of account notifications, spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for winners’ provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If the selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, and/or fails to claim the prize within twenty-four hours (24 h) from the time award notification was sent, and/or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and release as required, prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected at Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion.
The receipt by winner of the prize offered in this Giveaway is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal and state laws and regulations. ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY ANY WINNER (AT SPONSOR’S SOLE DISCRETION) WILL RESULT IN SUCH WINNER’S DISQUALIFICATION AS WINNER OF THE GIVEAWAY AND ALL PRIVILEGES AS WINNER WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED.

Release and Limitations of Liability: The winner agrees to release and forever hold harmless Sponsor, its related and affiliated entities and their respective officers, directors, employees, members, affiliates and agents from and against any claim or cause of action whatsoever arising out of participation in the Giveaway or any claims arising from and against all losses, damages, liabilities, claims, actions, proceedings, or judgments arising out of or relating to entrant’s entry or participation or use or misuse of prizes. Rights Granted by you: By entering this content you understand that Sponsor, anyone acting on behalf of Sponsor, or its respective licensees, successors and assigns will have the right, where permitted by law, without any further notice, review or consent to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use, worldwide in any media now known or hereafter in perpetuity and throughout the World, your entry, including, without limitation, the entry and winner’s name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image or statements about the Giveaway, and biographical information as news, publicity or information and for trade, advertising, public relations and promotional purposes without any further compensation.
Disputes/Mandatory ARBITRATION: THIS GIVEAWAY IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF USA AND FLORIDA, WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. In the event of any controversy, claim or dispute between the Entrant and the Sponsor arising out of or relating to the Giveaway or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation, conscionability, or validity thereof, including any determination of the scope or applicability of this agreement to arbitrate, shall be determined by binding arbitration. Arbitration proceedings shall be administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) and may take place via the Internet and/or telephonically in accordance with the rules of the chosen arbitration service provider. The arbitrator shall be neutral and independent and shall comply with the AAA code of ethics. The award rendered by the Arbitrator shall be final, binding on all parties, but subject to review in accordance with applicable statutes, rules and regulations governing arbitration awards. Judgment on the award made by the arbitrator may be entered in any court having jurisdiction over the parties. If either party fails to comply with the arbitrator’s award, the injured party may petition the circuit court for enforcement. The parties agree that either party may bring claims against the other only in his/her or its individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding. Further, the parties agree that the arbitrator may not consolidate proceedings of more than one person’s claims and may not otherwise preside over any form of representative or class proceeding. Payment of all filing, administration and arbitrator fees will be governed by the AAA’s rules. In the event a party fails to proceed with arbitration, unsuccessfully challenges the arbitrator’s award, or fails to comply with the arbitrator’s award, the other party is entitled to costs of suit, including a reasonable attorney’s fee for having to compel arbitration or defend or enforce the award. Binding Arbitration means that both parties give up the right to a trial by a jury. It also means that both parties give up the right to appeal from the arbitrator’s ruling except for a narrow range of issues that can or may be appealed. It also means that discovery may be severely limited by the arbitrator. This section and the arbitration requirement shall survive any termination.
By participating in this Giveaway, the entrant agrees that Sponsor will not be held liable for any actual or potential losses, including without limitations, compensation, or consequential damages, either in contract or in tort, by either person or property, arising out of this Giveaway or in connection therewith or by misrepresentation by a third party. Sponsor is not to be held responsible for any act of God, and/or any other circumstances beyond its control.
You acknowledge and agree that, in any court case you may file, you WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY AND THAT YOU CANNOT FILE A CLAIM IN A REPRESENTATIVE CAPACITY OR AS A PRIVATE ATTORNEY GENERAL, OR FILE A CLAIM AS A CLASS, COLLECTIVE OR MASS ACTION OR PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION.
